Data Security

"Protecting the data that organisations depend on."

Kaiser Khan is a data security architect and Microsoft Purview subject-matter expert, specialising in enterprise data protection and governance. He helps organisations classify, protect and govern their data — deploying Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention, Insider Risk Management, the Data Map and the Unified Catalog — and prepares data estates for safe Microsoft Copilot and AI adoption.

He works on contract only, strictly outside IR35, across the UK, EU, Middle East, Asia-Pacific and the United States. His approach follows a consistent methodology: discovery, high-level and low-level design, phased implementation (simulation before enforcement), and governance handover so internal teams can operate what has been built.

Biography

"A life that defies the conventional categories of our age."

Kaiser Khan is a British-born entrepreneur, philanthropist and cultural producer whose career has been defined by two ambitions held in equal measure: producing live experiences at the absolute pinnacle of global entertainment, and quietly directing real resources to people in crisis.

Working alongside AEG Live — the world's largest entertainment company — he has helped stage some of the most ambitious concert productions ever mounted in the UK, from The O2 Arena and Wembley to the MEN Arena. The same instincts that made him effective behind the scenes of This Is It and tours by AR Rahman, Shah Rukh Khan and the Bachchan family carry over into his humanitarian work.

Over nearly two decades in the charity sector — at Christian Aid, Action Against Hunger, the Disasters Emergency Committee and as Founder of World Aid Network — he has helped raise more than £174 million for disaster relief, maternal healthcare and children's welfare. He has worked closely with heads of state, including former UK Prime Minister Gordon Brown and royalty across the Middle East.

Recognised by President Bill Clinton. Trusted by the world's most demanding talent. Driven by a simple conviction — that humanity is the faith we share.

Born in London

Before shaping global events, Kaiser was an avid sportsman — a formidable talent in football and table tennis, and holding a blue belt in Karate. Through prestigious sports awards ceremonies, he began cultivating relationships with athletic legends including Sir Mo Farah and Usain Bolt, connections that would later bridge the worlds of entertainment and global philanthropy.

His humanitarian instinct surfaced early. Still a university student, Kaiser organised relief work for survivors of the 2005 South Asian earthquake — the beginning of what is now three decades of service in the charity sector. His first professional role after graduation was on Train to Gain, the UK government's £1 billion national training programme under Prime Minister Gordon Brown, supporting more than 22,000 individuals and 6,000 employers.

Entertainment

As an events producer working alongside AEG Live — entertaining over 160 million guests annually — Kaiser orchestrated cultural moments at an unprecedented scale. From The O2 Arena to Wembley Stadium, his portfolio includes monumental tours for Michael Jackson, AR Rahman, and Bollywood royalty.

In 2009 he was closely involved in preparing Michael Jackson's This Is It residency — fifty sold-out nights at The O2 billed as the King of Pop's final bow. The shows never took place. What remained was a vast, meticulously prepared production and a testament to the scale of what had been intended.

Beyond the stage, Kaiser curated exclusive experiences for the world's most demanding clients — from pre-show luxury receptions to managing access for Middle Eastern royalty, heads of state, and former UK Prime Minister Gordon Brown. Discretion was as important as spectacle.

Dubai, 2021

In 2021, captivated by the vision of the United Arab Emirates, Kaiser relocated to Dubai. Having achieved immense success in the UK, he began moving in circles of high-profile cultural figures, royalty, and elite business minds across the region. Dubai became a natural base — a crossroads between London, the Subcontinent and Southeast Asia — and it was from here that the next chapter of his philanthropic work would take shape.

Business & Financial Background

"Three decades of financial accountability at scale."

Across three decades in business, Kaiser has operated in environments that demand real financial rigour — not theoretical, but contractual and consequential. Working alongside AEG Live, whose annual revenues exceed $4 billion, meant navigating artist guarantees, venue agreements, production insurance, and multi-territory revenue distribution. Each production carried budgets in the millions; each contract required commercial and financial scrutiny at the highest professional level.

His charity work carries an equal weight of financial accountability. As a trustee and founder of World Aid Network — a UK registered charity operating under English charity law — he holds personal legal responsibility for financial governance: grant management, treasury oversight, donor reporting, and full compliance with the Charity Commission. The DEC appeals he helped coordinate directed tens of millions of pounds to crisis zones; that scale of charitable finance requires the same controls and transparency as any regulated financial institution.

Living and working across the UK and UAE since 2021, with operational presence in Jakarta and Kuala Lumpur, Kaiser also has direct personal experience of cross-border banking, international money transfers, multi-currency financial management, and the regulatory differences between UK, UAE, and Southeast Asian financial systems. These are not topics he has researched — they are decisions he makes.

Since 2023, he has served as Founder and Editor-in-Chief of a digital finance publication covering emerging financial systems and fintech — deepening his editorial standards and his understanding of how financial information is communicated, verified, and made useful to a general readership.

It is this combination — large-scale financial stewardship, entrepreneurial commercial experience, and first-hand navigation of complex international financial systems — that informs his editorial role at Money Guide, where he applies the same standard of accountability he brings to his humanitarian and business work.

Indonesia, April 2025

"After two decades around the world, I had never seen kindness offered so freely by people who had so little."

Despite travelling the globe for over 20 years, it was an impromptu trip to Jakarta, Indonesia in April 2025 that catalysed a profound shift in perspective. Moving in elite circles across Indonesia, Kuala Lumpur, and Hong Kong, Kaiser ventured into the lesser-seen parts of the country. Witnessing the struggles of remarkably kind people ignited a fierce conviction: with his knowledge, capital, and elite connections, he could — and must — help.

This pivotal realisation led directly to the founding of the World Aid Network charity in May 2026.
