Working on behalf of AEG Live, Kaiser was closely involved in the build-up to what was to be the most unprecedented concert residency in history at The O2 Arena — fifty sold-out nights billed as the King of Pop's final bow. Michael Jackson's death in June 2009 brought planning to a sudden halt.

Involved in the UK leg of the Oscar-winner's first world tour, mounted in the wake of Slumdog Millionaire. The production featured 23 playback singers alongside a full ensemble of musicians and dancers, with several dates selling out days in advance.
